A Voucher to claim your €50 off tooth whitening will be emailed to the email address you supply. The voucher should be printed and presented to us when you commence tooth whitening. Vouchers are non-transferable and are valid for single-use only. All vouchers will expire on 30 June 2015.
Vouchers may only be redeemed against whitening treatments commencing after 20 April 2015.
Vouchers are issued to named individuals only.
